Jay LaFarr is a native of New York. He began his comedy journey in San Antonio Texas. A former bouncer, farm hand, fast food manager, defensive driving instructor, Catholic school survivor, a member of a functional dysfunctional family. Jay LaFarr has been tearing up rooms in clubs and colleges throughout the southwest for several years. His personal experiences are turned into a hilarious show which is in your face and, at times, a thought-provoking look at an average guy we all know, but would hate to live next door to. Jay has been seen on San Antonio's Great Day SA morning show, heard on KTSA radio 550, Kevin Fergusens Night Shift, and appeared in the Independent film The Heckler. Corporate work includes the Federal Bureau of Investigation, ATT, Cingular, the State of Texas union for Fire Fighters, and Dominoe's Pizza. He has been voted as one of the Top Six comedians in San Antonio, and recently won the 2009 Funniest Person in South Texas competition. Jay has appeared at numerous comedy clubs and Colleges.
